General Manager

General Manager Benefits & Compensation

Competitive base salary ($80K–$90K) plus annual bonus potential up to $30K
Participation in a profit-sharing plan

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
Strong leadership abilities with a passion for people and hospitality
Excellent communication, organizational, and team-building skills
Professional, self-motivated, and disciplined approach to daily operations

General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all front and back of house restaurant operations
Foster a positive, accountable environment and model standards for hospitality
Own the guest experience by driving consistently high satisfaction levels
Ensure strict adherence to menu standards and brand expectations
Oversee financial performance, including labor management and cost controls
Manage scheduling for all team members and conduct bi-weekly inventories
Develop, coach, and mentor both managers and hourly staff
Partner closely with all department leaders to maintain exceptional food quality and service
