Restaurant Manager – Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $60,000 – $70,000
  • Bonus: Up to 10% annual bonus (performance-based)

Restaurant Manager – Role Overview

A well-established, high-volume restaurant concept is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations while supporting overall restaurant performance. This role is ideal for a people-first leader who thrives on coaching teams, delivering great guest experiences, and executing structured operating standards.


Restaurant Manager – Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily front-of-house operations with active floor presence
  • Hire, train, coach, and develop FOH team members
  • Manage labor scheduling, service execution, and guest recovery
  • Ensure consistent guest experience and hospitality standards
  • Address guest concerns professionally and effectively without over-comping
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance standards
  • Partner closely with kitchen leadership to ensure smooth FOH/BOH operations
  • Support basic cost awareness, sales drivers, and operational reporting
  • Lead by example during peak service periods

Restaurant Manager – Requirements & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of management experience in full-service or upscale casual dining
  • Strong leadership, communication, and guest recovery skills
  • Experience managing labor, schedules, and service standards
  • Hands-on leadership style with a focus on coaching and accountability
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends

Restaurant Manager – Preferred Background

  • Experience in high-volume, polished casual, or scratch-kitchen concepts
  • Background in structured or corporate restaurant environments
  • Familiarity with service standards, training programs, and performance metrics
  • Career-minded leader seeking long-term growth and stability
