Attorney – Business Litigation Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of business or commercial litigation experience, including federal litigation
Active member in good standing with the Florida State Bar
Strong academic credentials with exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and tight deadlines simultaneously
Hands-on experience with depositions, mediations, and court appearances

Attorney – Business Litigation Preferred Background & Skills

Federal clerkship experience
Experience working with Fortune 500 clients or complex commercial disputes

Attorney – Business Litigation Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Draft pleadings, motions, and conduct in-depth legal research to support all phases of litigation
Represent clients in state and federal courts, as well as arbitrations and mediations
Advise clients on a range of business disputes, including breach of contract, partnership disagreements, and risk management
Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys to develop effective case strategies
Manage multiple complex caseloads, ensuring deadlines and professional standards are consistently met
Cultivate strong relationships with clients through clear, consistent communication and outstanding service
