Café General Manager Benefits & Compensation

$70,000–$80,000 base salary

Café General Manager Requirements & Responsibilities

4+ years managing single-unit operations in hospitality or consumer brands
Proven ability to hire, train, and lead teams
Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, espresso, and equipment
Excellent communication, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Passion for coffee and customer service
Strong business acumen and ability to respond to trends
