General Manager – Bilingual (English/Spanish) – High-Volume, 24-Hour Fast Food Restaurant

Are you a high-energy, people-loving leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Bilingual General Manager (English/Spanish) to lead our team in a high-volume, 24-hour restaurant located in the heart of the city.

As General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind a dynamic operation — inspiring your team, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining excellence in every aspect of the business. This role is ideal for someone who brings ambition, energy, and genuine passion for people to the table every day.

Job Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop a large, diverse team in a fast-paced environment
Manage daily operations, ensuring top-notch service and product quality
Drive sales and profitability through smart business decisions and team engagement
Oversee labor, inventory, and food cost controls
Create a positive, high-energy culture where employees feel valued and guests feel welcomed
Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance with all operational procedures

Job Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in high-volume or 24-hour operations
Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example style
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with multiple priorities
Passion for developing people and fostering an inclusive team culture
