We are searching for an experienced Hotel General Manager who will bring energy, passion, and sophistication as the leader of this property! 

Hotel General Manager Qualifications:             

  • 3+ years of experience as a GM for a boutique, luxury property
  • Strong financial acumen, ability to read P&L statements, control costs, and ensure profitability
  • Strong abilities with computers and technology, ability to adapt quickly
  • Progressive, servant leader, management style
  • Ability to work hard, think outside the box and grow with the company
  • Strong DESIRE to permanently relocate to a destination location

Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:          

  • Manage the team with integrity and consistency
  • Oversee the entire property, including the rooms and the full-service restaurant
  • Work collabortively with others to further develop the vision and offerings at the property
  • Ensure the financial success of the property by proactively managing costs, managing a realistic budget, creating realistic forecasting models, and working with sales to maximize ADR
  • Participate in the community through active engagement with local groups, associated businesses, and chamber events
  • Teach, train, and motivate team members to provide only the highest quality guest experience
  • Ensure Employee satisfaction by fostering a positive and progressive, welcoming culture that attracts and retains top talent. Be an employer of choice
