A leading provider of restoration and maintenance solutions is seeking an Account Manager – MRO Sales to drive growth and build long-term customer relationships within the maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) market. This remote position offers a chance to collaborate with a nationally recognized brand, develop new business, and strengthen relationships across distributors and end users.
MRO Account Manager – Benefits and Compensation

MRO Account Manager – Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, including presentations to end users
- Experience in MRO, facilities maintenance, or JanSan channels preferred
- Strong background managing distributor relationships and driving pull-through demand
- Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot experience a plus)
- Excellent communication, forecasting, and reporting skills
- Ability to travel as needed for customer visits and trade events
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
MRO Account Manager Must Haves
- Manage all phases of the sales process, from lead generation to closing
- Identify and develop new customer relationships to expand market share
- Partner with distributors to promote and position product lines effectively
- Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to end users
- Create and execute both short- and long-term sales objectives
- Forecast units/revenue and report progress against goals
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
MRO Account Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Prior success in MRO or industrial supply sales environments
- Experience working with national or regional distributors
- Skilled at consultative, solutions-based selling
- Comfortable in a hybrid customer-facing and remote role
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
