Entry-Level Sales Representative – Roswell, GA (Fresh Grads Welcome)

What You Can Expect

  • Compensation: First-year on-target earnings $65,000–$90,000 (Base + Uncapped Commissions + Bonuses)
  • Second-year potential: $85,000–$125,000+ for top performers
  • Career Growth: Clear path to senior sales, account executive, or management roles
  • Training: Paid training and full Property & Casualty licensing support

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage relationships with individuals and business owners
  • Develop a personal book of clients through outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct consultative meetings to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Learn and apply sales techniques that drive results
  • Use CRM tools to manage your pipeline and track your success

What We’re Looking For

  • Entry-level candidates, recent college graduates, or professionals seeking a career change
