Entry-Level Sales Representative – Roswell, GA (Fresh Grads Welcome)

What You Can Expect
- Compensation: First-year on-target earnings $65,000–$90,000 (Base + Uncapped Commissions + Bonuses)
- Second-year potential: $85,000–$125,000+ for top performers
- Career Growth: Clear path to senior sales, account executive, or management roles
- Training: Paid training and full Property & Casualty licensing support

What You’ll Do
- Build and manage relationships with individuals and business owners
- Develop a personal book of clients through outreach, networking, and referrals
- Conduct consultative meetings to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
- Learn and apply sales techniques that drive results
- Use CRM tools to manage your pipeline and track your success
What We’re Looking For
- Entry-level candidates, recent college graduates, or professionals seeking a career change
- Natural communicators who are confident, curious, and eager to learn
- Competitive and goal-oriented individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments
- Organized, reliable, and coachable team players
- Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty license within 30–45 days of hire (company support provided)
