Sales Manager Company and Role Information:
- Orlando-based promotional products company
- Reports directly to the owners and lead a small sales team
- Incredible opportunity for advancement!
- Typical work schedule: In-office, Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm, plus occasional networking events
- Collaborate with ownership on structure, goals and overall growth!
Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- Integrity and ethics, in absolutely everything
- 10–15 years of Sales Management experience
- Proven success with sales results and team leadership
- Experience driving scalable growth
- Experience bringing structure to the sales process
- Experience working in a small-business setting
- Strong leadership and coaching mentality
- Self-starter, entrepreneurial spirit and autonomous
- Emotional maturity and strong people skills
Sales Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Local in Orlando FL
- Extensive experience with improving process efficiency
- Experience forecasting, KPIs and profitability strategies
- Interest in sports or having ties to the sports industry is a bonus, but not required
Sales Manager Benefits:
