Chef/Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:

  • Exceed the expectations of every guest every time – we focus on the quality of service and of our team
  • Train, coach, and direct the kitchen team to be the best
  • Build respectful relationships with every member of the team while holding them accountable and thoroughly training and supporting them
  • Control all costs in the kitchen and manage high standards of service

Chef/Kitchen Manager Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 3 years of progressive leadership experience in the kitchen
  • Strong and proven leadership qualities: coach mentality, lead by example, uphold restaurant standards, clear and direct, communicator, a trainer with a coaching mentality, maintain a high rate of staff retention
  • Proven ability to uphold standards, exceed expectations, and build relationships – attitude and drive are everything
  • A positive mindset to build a cohesive team in a fun work environment
  • Passionate about being the best and developing those around you
