We are a restaurant where guests can take part in a daily celebration of diverse vibrant cultures and express themselves though our diverse food, drink and dance. We are looking for a strong chef that has a creative mind to join our team.
Executive Chef Responsibility and Qualifications:
- Manage day to day operations as a Chef
- Control labor costs
- Hire, train, and develop staff
- Take disciplinary actions whenever necessary
- Ensure consistent quality
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety and a top health score
- Winning personality
- High volume experience
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
