Hotel Senior Food and Beverage Manager Responsibilities

  • Lead daily food and beverage operations to maintain the highest quality service standards and a world-class guest experience
  • Supervise shift operations and collaborate with Restaurant Managers, assisting servers, server assistants, and hosts during meal periods
  • Foster a positive guest atmosphere—responding to requests, resolving complaints, and ensuring guest satisfaction at all outlets
  • Manage payroll, scheduling, and timekeeping for all F&B team members
  • Train, motivate, coach, and develop F&B team members in accordance with company standards
  • Prepare team schedules aligned with business forecasts, payroll budgets, and productivity requirements
  • Participate in departmental and leadership meetings, contributing to the overall success of the operation
  • Maintain cost controls by conducting regular inventory, monitoring portion control, and reducing waste
  • Uphold company standards regarding purchase orders, invoice processing, and financial accountability

Hotel Senior Food and Beverage Manager Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining restaurant or hotel setting
  • Strong fine dining, wine, and beverage knowledge base
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Valid ServSafe Certification
  • Demonstrated leadership and team training experience
  • Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining poise and professionalism
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and guest service excellence
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills
  • Proven ability to lead and manage diverse personalities and teams
  • Relocation to Macon, Georgia
