We are seeking an experienced Corporate Council for a well-established, growing company. This opportunity requires relocation to Gillette, Wyoming. The ideal candidate for the Corporate Council role will manage contracts, oversee regulatory compliance, resolve legal disputes, and provide timely legal guidance to leadership and operational teams. The Corporate Counsel will also partner closely with the Chief Compliance Officer and manage external counsel relationships to ensure the organization’s interests are strategically protected.

Corporate Council Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

• Member in good standing of a State Bar, with the ability and willingness to become licensed in Wyoming.

• Minimum of 5 years of legal practice in a law firm or in-house counsel role.

• Experience in healthcare law or construction law required; direct experience in both is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

• Knowledge of healthcare and/or construction regulatory frameworks.

Corporate Council Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range of $150K – $180K, based on experience
