Bilingual District Sales Manager – Bay Area

Bilingual District Sales Manager Benefits & Compensation

  • Competitive compensation with an uncapped commission structure bringing total earnings to $100K–$150K annually.

Bilingual District Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • MUST be bilingual in English & Spanish.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B outside sales to small businesses, with measurable success in hitting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent driving record; you will be on the road in your region 4+ days per week.
  • Go-getter mentality with the ability to develop relationships within a short sales cycle.
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume sales role with the autonomy to get the job done.
  • Fantastic customer service mentality to provide the best service possible to clients.

Bilingual District Sales Manager Preferred Background & Skills

  • Experience in a similar B2B sales environment is required.

Bilingual District Sales Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by managing and expanding accounts within your territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with small business clients.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and product offerings.
