Senior Client Service Representative
A growing national insurance agency is seeking a Senior Client Service Representative to support and retain personal lines clients. This role is ideal for a licensed professional with strong personal lines experience, including high-net-worth accounts, who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound service inquiries and policy changes with professionalism and accuracy
- Manage sensitive client situations including non-renewals, cancellations, and rate increases
- Educate clients on coverage and identify cross-sell/bundle opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer records in the agency management system
- Collaborate with teammates to meet service standards and client expectations
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Property & Casualty license
- 3+ years of personal lines insurance service experience (including high-net-worth carriers/clients)
- Strong communication, detail orientation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with AMS/CRM systems; Applied EPIC preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- $53,000 – $60,000 base salary (DOE)
- Health, dental, vision insurance
