We are looking for a Director of Banquets for our growing property and program! This is a relocation opportunity to Ivins, UT. Candidates should be experienced at creating SOPs, structure, and consistency to banquet operations. The person in this role will be responsible for training and developing the banquet team!

Director of Banquets Benefits:

Director of Banquets Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in a leadership role for a Banquet operation, preferably in a resort setting
  • Excellent and proven leadership experience
  • Experience creating SOPs and maintaining consistency in a banquet operation
  • Experience with teaching, training, and developing team members in a challenging labor market

Director of Banquets Responsibilities:

  • Lead the banquet team with integrity and consistency
  • Oversee all banquet operations, including corporate and social functions, special events, and golf tourneys
  • Foster strong relationships with internal leaders of sales and culinary to execute perfect functions
  • Act as the point of contact for clients during events
  • Maintain inventory and equipment for the banquet department
  • Oversee the IRD department
