Operating Partner – Fast Casual Restaurant

Operating Partner Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or Multi-Unit Operator in fast-casual or QSR concepts
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for ownership and growth
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass a criminal and credit background check
  • Daily responsibilities include driving operational excellence, managing staff, and implementing growth strategies

Operating Partner Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Experience in a franchise environment
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Previous experience in training and developing team members
