Operating Partner – Fast Casual Restaurant

Operating Partner Benefits and Compensation:

Operating Partner Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or Multi-Unit Operator in fast-casual or QSR concepts
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for ownership and growth
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a criminal and credit background check
- Daily responsibilities include driving operational excellence, managing staff, and implementing growth strategies
Operating Partner Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in a franchise environment
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Previous experience in training and developing team members
