Now Hiring: Kitchen Manager – Savannah, GA
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Kitchen Manager to lead the back-of-house operations at a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant in Savannah, GA. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic kitchen environment and has a passion for delivering consistent, high-quality food.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations including line execution, prep, and cleanliness
- Lead and develop BOH team members through training, coaching, and performance management
- Maintain proper inventory levels and ordering to support business demands
- Ensure all food is prepared to recipe standards and in compliance with food safety protocols
- Collaborate with front-of-house management to deliver a smooth and cohesive guest experience
- Help drive kitchen efficiency, minimize waste, and manage labor and food costs
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of kitchen leadership experience in a high-volume setting
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proven ability to manage a team and maintain a positive kitchen culture
- Solid understanding of food safety standards and inventory management
- Passion for great food, teamwork, and high standards
