Now Hiring: Restaurant Manager – Savannah, GA

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house operations at a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant in Savannah, GA. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic hospitality environment and is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including service, staff management, and guest satisfaction
  • Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house team members to maintain high performance and morale
  • Manage scheduling, labor, and operational costs to meet business goals
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
  • Collaborate with kitchen leadership to deliver a seamless dining experience
  • Drive operational efficiency, optimize workflow, and maintain consistent service standards

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to lead a team, foster a positive culture, and maintain service excellence
  • Knowledge of financial management, labor controls, and inventory processes
  • Passion for hospitality, guest satisfaction, and high standards
