Now Hiring: Restaurant Manager – Savannah, GA

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house operations at a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant in Savannah, GA. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic hospitality environment and is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences.

What You'll Do:

Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including service, staff management, and guest satisfaction
Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house team members to maintain high performance and morale
Manage scheduling, labor, and operational costs to meet business goals
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
Collaborate with kitchen leadership to deliver a seamless dining experience
Drive operational efficiency, optimize workflow, and maintain consistent service standards

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to lead a team, foster a positive culture, and maintain service excellence
Knowledge of financial management, labor controls, and inventory processes
Passion for hospitality, guest satisfaction, and high standards
