Front of House Manager
A well-established upscale café is seeking a dynamic Front of House Manager to join their leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and wants to grow within a respected, high-volume concept.

What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience managing Front of House operations (restaurant or cafe experience preferred)
- Strong leadership skills in scheduling, training, and team development
- Bar or barista experience is a major plus – ability to oversee beverage service and elevate the guest experience
- Detail-oriented manager with a commitment to hospitality excellence
The Role:
You’ll oversee daily café, lead the FOH team, and ensure smooth operations. This is a hands-on position where you’ll set the tone for guest experience, support staff performance, and maintain the warm, polished atmosphere that drives repeat business.
Compensation: Strong hourly rate plus tips
