Chef Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • 3+ years of Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager experience in a full-service restaurant with scratch kitchen
  • Proven ability to lead BOH operations in a $3–5M+ annual revenue restaurant
  • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing kitchen team
  • Maintain accountability around kitchen standards, food safety, and sanitation
  • Partner with FOH leadership to deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences
  • Effectively manage food and labor costs, inventory, and scheduling
  • Comfortable working with an existing menu while contributing to specials and features

Chef Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong track record of team development and retention
  • Collaborative leadership style
  • Ability to foster a positive, professional kitchen culture while driving performance
