We are a fast-growing restaurant group bringing vibrant, globally inspired cuisine to the fast-casual dining space. To support this rapid expansion, we are seeking an HR Manager to lead people operations and create scalable HR programs that foster growth, compliance, and culture across our U.S. locations.

HR Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including multi-state HR management.
  • Working experience in the New York City metropolitan area
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) preferred.
  • Experience in the restaurant, retail, or hospitality industries strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Proven ability to build scalable HR policies and programs in a high-growth environment.

HR Manager Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage HR processes that scale with rapid store growth across multiple states.
  • Partner with leadership to implement policies that align with federal, state, and local labor laws.
  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes for both corporate and restaurant-level staff.
  • Assist in developing training programs to promote compliance, employee engagement, and professional growth.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and values-driven workplace culture.
