Brewery General Manager – Brewery & Restaurant Operations: 

Do you have the personality to be the mayor of our restaurant that wants to help us grow our restaurant? This position does require relocation to the western slope of Colorado. Our client is searching for a hands on High-Volume General Manager with an ownership mentality. Must have solid Front of House experience, and solid craft beer and cocktail expertise. You will also be responsible for planning events and creating new ways to increase revenue. We are offering a base salary of $75,000 to $85,000 plus added compensation based on revenue growth as well as room for advancement.

Brewery General Manager Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of General Manager experience in a brewery, distillery, or high-volume casual dining environment
  • Proven success managing teams of 30+ employees
  • Expertise budgeting, controlling costs, solid financial acumen
  • Flexible schedule
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Must have the ability to relocate before start to beautiful and affordable Colorado Mountain Town

Brewery General Manager Must Haves:

  • Oversee all daily operations including FOH, BOH,
  • Strong leadership skills – be the mayor of our restaurant
  • Hands on ownership mentality
  • Hiring, training, mentoring and growing your team
  • Drive sales by identifying community opportunities, planning creative events, and building local partnerships
  • Ensure consistent food and beverage quality, maintaining high standards for scratch cooking and craft beverage service
  • Manage vendor relationships, inventory, ordering, and waste reduction
  • Lead by example: punctual, professional, and team-oriented

Brewery General Manager Preferred Background and Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of craft cocktails and beverage program leadership
  • Experience in event programming and local marketing (weddings, holiday promotions, theme nights)
  • Familiarity with modern POS systems (Toast, Seven Ships, or similar)
  • Expertise building systems and structure in an independent restaurant setting
  • Ownership mentality with proven ability to grow revenue and profitability
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable leveraging systems and tools to improve operations
