Sous Chef – Chef Driven Scratch Italian Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in high-volume, casual-fine dining kitchens
  • Proven leadership with empathy, organization, and high standards
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • Extensive knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety protocols
  • Experience collaborating on menu development
  • Genuine passion for Italian cuisine and culture

Sous Chef – Chef Driven Scratch Italian Responsibilities:

  • Guide daily prep and execution with both precision and creativity
  • Balance efficiency with artistic presentation and flavor
  • Train, motivate, and lead team members through a positive and accountable kitchen culture
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
  • Contribute to a seasonal, ingredient-focused menu that blends tradition with innovation

Sous Chef – Chef Driven Scratch Italian Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Experience with grilling and crudo preparation
  • Familiarity with sourcing local and imported ingredients
  • Interest in ongoing learning and culinary exploration
  • Uncompromising work ethic
  • Meticulous attention to detail
