We’re seeking a Medical Doctor (MD or DO) trained in Internal or Family Medicine to lead a concierge-style clinical practice serving a high-end corporate population. Medical Doctor Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive commensurate with experience
  • Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or on-call
  • Manageable patient volume: MAX of 14, but more likely 6-9 to start

Medical Doctor Requirements & Qualifications

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
  • Active New York State medical license
  • Board certified (or board eligible) in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in urgent care, primary care, or internal medicine
  • At least 1–2 years of experience supervising NPs, PAs, or other MDs
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional, empathetic approach to patient care

Medical Doctor Must Haves

  • Deliver comprehensive care: history-taking, exams, diagnosis, treatment, and health education
  • Manage acute, chronic, and preventive care with a focus on long-term outcomes
  • Coordinate care with on-site mental health and musculoskeletal specialists
  • Conduct chart reviews and coach providers on clinical best practices
  • Participate in leadership meetings and clinical strategy development
