Bar Director – Lead at a Michelin-Level Restaurant Group in Chattanooga ,Tennessee

An upscale, Michelin-level restaurant group is searching for an experienced Bar Director to take our beverage program to the next level. What You’ll Do:
- Create and oversee award-winning craft cocktail programs across multiple restaurants
- Lead, train, and inspire FOH bar staff to deliver elite-level guest experiences
- Implement and enforce standards, systems, and service protocols at the highest level
- Drive operational excellence: purchasing, inventory, compliance, and cost controls
- Elevate guest services while maintaining Michelin-level precision and creativity

- Proven success leading high-volume, high-end bar operations
- Experience building and sustaining a prestigious bar program
- Fierce leadership skills, attention to detail, and relentless pursuit of excellence
