What You'll Do:
- Lead, train, and develop a winning team
- Foster a culture of hospitality and customer satisfaction
- Maintain top-tier food safety & sanitation standards
- Oversee budgets and hit operational goals
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of General Manager experience in QSR
- Current ServSafe Certification
- Proven leadership track record
- Passion for developing people and driving success
