Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Appointment Setter / Inside Sales Representative to be the first point of contact for potential customers. You will engage with leads, build rapport, qualify prospects, and schedule in-home sales consultations for our field sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads to introduce our services.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and determining readiness for an appointment.
- Schedule and confirm in-home sales appointments for the field sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead and call records in the company CRM system.
- Follow up with past inquiries and re-engage dormant leads.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and quota targets.
- Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 1+ years in inside sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, confident phone presence.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales or quota goals.
- Basic computer skills, including CRM software and email.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven.
Preferred:
- Experience in home improvement or construction-related industries.
- Bilingual skills a plus.
