We’re seeking a dedicated, experienced Wellness Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our team, and be a true partner in growing the business. Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3-5 years in spa, salon, or wellness business management (or similar role)
  • Proven success in staff management, scheduling, and operations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with spa/salon booking software
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends as needed

  • Committed to the spa’s long-term success with a passion for wellness
  • Adaptable, positive, and willing to pitch in where needed
  • Creative thinker for promotions and client engagement
  • Warm communicator who connects with clients and team members alike
  • Comfortable with occasional social media or marketing support
