We’re seeking a dedicated, experienced Wellness Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our team, and be a true partner in growing the business. Requirements & Qualifications
- 3-5 years in spa, salon, or wellness business management (or similar role)
- Proven success in staff management, scheduling, and operations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with spa/salon booking software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends as needed
Preferred Background & Skills
- Committed to the spa’s long-term success with a passion for wellness
- Adaptable, positive, and willing to pitch in where needed
- Creative thinker for promotions and client engagement
- Warm communicator who connects with clients and team members alike
- Comfortable with occasional social media or marketing support
- Honest, dependable, and proactive in seizing opportunities
