We are seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a strong tenure in full-service or resort hotels. We seek a hands-on Leader and Team Builder to establish a level of service beyond guests' expectations. 

Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Train, Lead, Mentor, and develop Team members to consistently provide a memorable Guest experience
  • Oversee and manage overall operations of the Hotel, including but not limited to, Front Office, Sales, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Engineering
  • Identify property needs and execute a plan to address those needs
  • Prepare operational budgets facilitating financial planning and expense control
  • Forecast revenue based on market segments and execute a plan to exceed revenue goals
  • Serve as the Brand Ambassador in the Community 

Hotel General Manager Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years as a General Manager is a must
  • Ability to think critically to develop strategies for success
  • Thrive in an ever-changing & fast-paced environment
  • Need to be able to analyze a P&L to ensure cost controls
  • Ability to analyze Guest Service reports and recognize market trends
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication.

Hotel General Manager Benefits:
