Overview:

Join a growing general contractor and lead high-impact plumbing projects across local and state markets. We are expanding our plumbing division and seeking an experienced Senior Plumbing Estimator who can take ownership of active projects, produce accurate estimates, and deliver results from day one.

Benefits & Compensation:

• Base Salary: $140,000–$160,000 (target $150,000, based on experience)
• Bonus: Discretionary, based on project profitability

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage plumbing construction projects from bid through completion
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for public and private bids
• Oversee subcontractor selection, contracts, and scheduling
• Ensure compliance with local and state public bidding requirements
• Lead project execution plans, budgets, and timelines
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and municipal agencies to ensure successful outcomes
• Utilize Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft Excel for project tracking and estimating
• Solve challenges proactively to keep projects on schedule and within budget

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of estimating experience in plumbing construction
• 5+ years of project management experience
• 5–10+ years total in plumbing construction, with proven success in both estimating and managing projects
• Strong local and state public bidding experience
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to step into active projects and immediately contribute

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with state and municipal agencies
• Strong leadership and ability to run projects independently while collaborating with teams
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
