General Manager – Remote Luxury Ranch in Wyoming

Lead a world-class guest experience at a premier luxury resort set deep in Wyoming’s stunning wilderness. As General Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, inspire cross-functional teams, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality in a remote, immersive setting. General Manager Benefits & Compensation

  • Base salary $175,000–$200,000
  • Performance bonus up to 40%
  • On-site housing provided

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of senior leadership experience in high-end hospitality or resort management
  • Must have experience in a Michelin Key or Forbes 5-star property
  • Proven ability to manage operations, staff, and guest satisfaction seamlessly
  • Strong presence, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Passion for delivering authentic, luxury-level experiences

General Manager Preferred Background & Skills

  • Experience in remote or destination resort environments
  • Hands-on leadership style—visible, engaged, and team-first
