We are looking for a motivated and experienced Buy Here Pay Here (BHPH) Team Lead to drive the success of our expanding automotive operation in Houston.
As the Team Lead, you will manage daily operations, overseeing sales, compliance, and customer delivery, while ensuring exceptional service at every touchpoint. If this sounds like you, send us your resume today.
Automotive Sales Leader Key Responsibilities
– Lead all daily operations, including sales, collections, insurance documentation, and compliance.
– Manage and motivate a local team of sales agents and support staff.
– Ensure prompt, professional, and accurate customer interactions.
– Coordinate with service and inspection vendors for inventory readiness.
– Execute insurance verification and prepare lease/finance documents.
– Maintain compliance with Texas BHPH standards.
– Serve as the main point for title handling, repo coordination, and vehicle returns.
Automotive Sales Leader Qualifications
– 3-5 years of experience in Buy Here Pay Here operations in a high-volume environment.
– Strong knowledge of sales execution, insurance, collections, and compliance.
– Excellent customer service, multitasking, and leadership skills.
– Proficient in CRM, DMS, or lease-tracking systems.
– Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
– Valid driver’s license
