Our owners have brought a Michelin Star inspired Classic French menu to Indianapolis to share. We are looking for an Executive Chef who is passionate enough to execute the menu. We are looking for a hospitality leader that knows how to build geat teams. The opportunity to be cook with some of the best chefs of Europe will be a fringe benefit that is priceless. Restaurant Executive Chef Responsibilities

  • Staffing and Performance Management
  • Effective communication skills
  • Accountability
  • Mentoring and Development
  • Purchasing and Receiving 
  • 3+ years Executive Chef experience in fine dining
  • Ability to lead by example with strong attention to detail 
  • Ability to thrive in a chef-driven environment with established systems 
  • Skilled in leading and developing one's team 
  • Experienced in the luxury dining segment of the industry
