FINE DINING RESTAURANT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:

  • High-level guest focus
  • 2+ years experience as a restaurant manager or assistant manager
  • Experience with high volume in fine dining
  • History of loyalty and professional growth
  • A natural leader, trainer, mentor, and coach
  • Must be hands-on and have an attention to detail

FINE DINING RESTAURANT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead FOH upscale/fine dining managers and line-level associates
  • Focus on guest relations, accountability, training, and costs
  • Supports, trains, and develops management and line-level teams
  • Upholds reinforces the highest standards at all times
  • Supports leadership
