As the Entry-Level HR Manager, you'll assist with onboarding new talent, manage employee records, and support day-to-day HR functions that keep our teams running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, people-focused, and eager to grow in the HR field within a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Human Resources Manager Responsibilities:

• Conduct new hire orientations and ensure smooth onboarding experiences
• Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and documentation
• Support compliance with federal and state labor laws and company policies
• Coordinate employee training sessions and help track certifications
• Provide support in recruiting, employee relations, and HR projects
• Collaborate closely with the HR Director on daily operations and special initiatives

Human Resources Manager Requirements:

• 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience (hospitality experience a plus!)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust with team members
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with HR software systems
• A people-first mindset and a positive, team-oriented attitude
