Beautiful upscale restaurant is looking for their next talented Sous Chef, in Tallahassee!

Sous Chef Benefits:

Sous Chef Requirements & Qualifications:
- Currently working for a fine-dining concept
- 3+ years of fine-dining experience
- 2+ years in a kitchen leadership role
- Able to diligently follow recipe books
- Excellent knife and plating skills
- Experience with basic Excel sheets
- Superb attention to detail
- Strong emotional intelligence
Sous Chef Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience with multiple cuisines
- Basic costing experience
- Background with wine dinners and presenting dishes to guests
- Passion for table visits
