Private Club Sous Chef Key Responsibilities
- Set the pace and lead lunch and dinner services.
- Oversee receiving, organizing, and storing deliveries.
- Serve as the go-to resource for cooks on sauces, textures, and temperatures.
- Uphold and enforce the highest standards of food quality and kitchen cleanliness.
Private Club Sous Chef Preferred Skills
- Culinary expertise: Mastery of cooking techniques, ingredients, and plating.
- Leadership: Ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Time management: Prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a high-volume environment.
- Food safety knowledge: Strong understanding of sanitation and safety regulations.
