We’re seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to lead daily kitchen operations, support culture, and deliver excellence in food, service, and team development in our fine-dining Spanish Restaurant.
Exec Sous Chef Benefits & Compensation:
- Salary: $80,000–$90,000

Exec Sous Chef Requirements and Qualifications:
- Support CDC in executing and maintaining culinary standards
- Lead kitchen staff through high-volume service with precision and professionalism
- Ensure organization, sanitation, and prep standards are met
- Assist in hiring, training, and developing top kitchen talent
- Drive consistency in food quality, technique, and presentation
Exec Sous Chef Preferred Skills and Background:
- 3+ years in a leadership role in high-volume kitchens
- Experience with Spanish cuisine
- Culinary degree preferred; NYC Food Protection Certificate required
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
