THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN TYLER, TX

A multi-national construction firm is seeking an experienced EHS Assistant Manager to drive safety compliance and culture across project operations. This role involves hazard mitigation, employee engagement, training, and alignment with industry best practices.


Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company EHS policies.
  • Lead safety programs, training, audits, and on-site inspections.
  • Communicate effectively with teams at all levels—from field staff to executives.
  • Identify hazards and proactively implement corrective measures.
  • Promote a culture of safety through coaching, leadership, and example-setting.
  • Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in the construction industry.
  • OSHA 500 certification required.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications.
  • Up-to-date continuing education in topics such as Fall Protection, Scaffolds, Excavation, Confined Space, Cranes, Electrical Safety, and Incident Investigation.
