Join our collaborative and supportive leadership team as a Senior Manager of Finance and Accounting. In this hands-on role, you will lead all finance and accounting operations, driving continuous improvement, cost control, and scalable processes that support our dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage core finance functions including AR/AP, general ledger, cash flow, and financial reporting
- Analyze P&L, labor costs, and KPIs to inform strategic decisions
- Lead budgeting and forecasting in partnership with executives
- Oversee tax compliance, audits, payroll, and vendor negotiations
- Manage a small finance team with a hands-on leadership style
- Collaborate across departments—sales, operations, supply chain—to support growth initiatives
- Administer and optimize ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics experience required)
- Utilize working knowledge of foreign exchange (Forex) as it relates to international purchasing decisions
- Provide financial insights impacting pricing, margin, and vendor strategy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive finance experience, with 2+ years in leadership
- Experience in automotive, equipment, agricultural machinery, or tractor industry
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and financial planning tools
- Familiarity with U.S. GAAP, tax compliance, floorplan financing, and international purchasing
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
