We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join us in offering high-touch concierge patient care in the scope of urgent and primary care services. If you're seeking a role in a refined, VIP environment focused on personalized, patient-centered care, this could be the perfect fit.

Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities:

  • Provide acute and primary care services to a diverse patient population
  • Perform comprehensive physical examinations and assessments
  • Diagnose and manage acute, episodic, and chronic medical conditions
  • Offer high-touch patient care, including follow-up phone calls and check-ins
  • Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as necessary
  • Refer patients to specialists and imaging when appropriate
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with physicians and other on-site specialties
  • Maintain accurate and detailed SOAP notes for all patient encounters
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of ongoing wellness programs
  • Perform phlebotomy when needed (experience preferred but not required)

Nurse Practitioner Qualifications:

  • Degree from an accredited medical or clinical program (preference for primarily in-person coursework)
  • Current license in good standing in the state of Connecticut
  • Must meet the required hours to practice independently; ideally 4+ years of experience in a primary or acute care setting
  • Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to identify root causes of health issues
  • Proficient in managing a broad range of acute and primary care cases
  • Professional, personable, and confident with excellent communication and time management skills
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and organized with a collaborative approach to care
  • Experience working effectively with interdisciplinary teams and on-site specialists

Nurse Practitioner Benefits:

  • $65.00 – $85.00 per hour
