Financial Controller (Construction)

We’re hiring a Financial Controller to establish and lead the accounting function for our Texas operations.

Financial Controller (Construction) – Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage full accounting operations (AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations, month-end close)
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting in line with global deadlines
  • Maintain compliance with US GAAP and internal controls
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and team development

Financial Controller – Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Degree or master’s in accounting or finance; CPA or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in the construction industry is required
  • Strong background in building and leading accounting teams
  • Expertise in US GAAP; IFRS
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Knowledge of U.S. and Texas tax regulations
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
