We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and lead a dynamic team across Rooms, Housekeeping and Front Desk departments. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality, operational excellence, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day hotel operations
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences and uphold service standards
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, focusing on revenue growth and cost control
  • Recruit, train, and manage departmental managers and staff
  • Monitor and respond to guest feedback and online reviews to maintain a strong reputation
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of progressive hotel management experience, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems
  • Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and P&L responsibility
  • Ability to lead by example and foster a collaborative team culture
  • Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays as needed
