Manager Compensation & Benefits
- $65k-$70k base
- Quarterly performance-based bonuses ($90k-$120k OTE)

Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience managing high-volume restaurant operations (preferably with an AUV of $4MM+)
- In-depth knowledge of bar operations, guest flow, and upselling high-margin menu items
- Strong track record of leading large hourly and salaried teams
- Hands-on expertise in P&L oversight, labor optimization, and inventory control
- Comfort working in a guest-centric, entertainment-driven atmosphere
- Proficiency with scheduling systems, POS platforms, and compliance standards
- Passion for building strong team culture and operational excellence
Manager Skills
- Experience coordinating events, brand activations, or themed entertainment nights
- Background in managing venues with multiple revenue streams—restaurant, bar, event space, etc.
