We are looking for an experienced General Manager to join and lead our exceptional team! If you're a people first GM with a love for the industry, fine wine, craft cocktails, high end spirits, and great scratch food, who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, apply today!
General Manager Responsibilities:
- Staff development: conduct ongoing training to keep the staff fresh and up to date
- Lead by example: provide team with the picture of guest first service
- Drive sales: create impeccable guest experiences to foster repeat visits and word of mouth marketing
- Top of the food chain: all restaurant level operations run through you. Hands on responsibility for all subordinate managers AOR
General Manager Qualifications:
- At least 3 years experience in high volume ($7+ million annual sales) fine dining or upscale environment
- Budget and P&L proficiency
- Unflappable guest first mentality
- Desire to grow yourself, your career, and the business
