We're seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and repairs across our restaurant, warehouse, and office locations. If you’re a hands-on problem solver with a background in restaurant facilities and a passion for keeping systems running smoothly, we want to hear from you.

Facilities Manager Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily maintenance and repair operations across multiple properties
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair refrigeration, HVAC, kitchen equipment, and building systems
  • Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules and maintain detailed service logs
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee specialized projects or repairs
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations

Facilities Manager Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in facilities management, ideally in restaurant or hospitality settings
  • Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and technical documents
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between properties
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
