Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:
- In charge of all things beverage: ordering, inventory, vendor relationships.
- Guest experience: 100% guest interaction, strict implementation of guest first philosophies, ensure repeat visits.
- Lead by example: exemplify brand standards, don't be afraid to jump in, participate in ongoing training, and hold staff to account.
- Facilitate in General Managers absence: next in line to execute all GM duties.
Assistant General Manager Qualifications:
- Experience with NRO is a major plus!
- Past experience with high sales volume, $10 million annually is ideal.
- In depth beverage knowledge; products, finances, operations, and training.
- Large team leadership – approximately 100 direct or indirect subordinates.
