Seeking a hands-on, solutions-driven restaurant maintenance leader with a passion for facility excellence. A rapidly growing fast food restaurant group is hiring a Maintenance Director to work alongside 2 maintenance techs to ensure the multi-unit operations are always running smoothly.

Maintenance Director Benefits:

Maintenance Director Requirements:

  • 5+ years in facilities or operations management (multi-unit preferred)
  • Strong expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen systems
  • Proven ability to manage employees, vendors, budgets, and cross-functional projects
