Executive Chef – Position Overview

We're seeking a creative, organized, and hands-on Executive Chef to lead all culinary operations across our estate. From designing refined menus to overseeing high-end events and managing a top-tier kitchen team, you’ll play a central role in shaping the guest experience. This role covers everything from à la carte service to weddings, banquets, and in-room dining — all in a high-touch, luxury setting.

Executive Chef Responsibilities

Kitchen Leadership & Team Management

·      Mentor and grow a high-performing culinary team across restaurant and events.

·      Hire, train, and retain top kitchen talent.

·      Foster a positive, disciplined, and efficient kitchen culture.

Menu Development & Culinary Vision

·      Create and update seasonal menus for the estate restaurant.

·      Lead the vision for all food offerings, focusing on creativity, local sourcing, and excellence.

·      Represent the culinary program at vendor tastings and site visits when needed.

Event & Banquet Execution

·      Design and deliver menus for estate weddings, private events, and large-scale banquets.

·      Oversee event tastings, logistics, and day-of execution to ensure premium guest experiences.

Operations & Collaboration

·      Ensure food quality, safety, and sanitation standards are upheld at all times.

·      Work closely with the Restaurant Manager and F&B Director to align FOH/BOH operations.

·      Track inventory, manage purchasing, and control food cost in line with budget goals.

Guest Experience & Standards

·      Maintain the highest standards of cuisine, service, and presentation.

·      Ensure that every dish — from casual dining to formal events — reflects our elevated hospitality brand.


What You Bring

·      Prior experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment.

·      Skilled in both restaurant service and high-volume catering.

·      Knowledge of culinary trends, seasonal ingredients, and operational best practices.

·      Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.


Work Setting

This is a high-touch, fast-paced, and hands-on role. You’ll be leading culinary experiences across a restaurant, bar, in-room dining, and a busy calendar of weddings and events. Flexibility, creativity, and precision are a must.
